1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any service offered by kj888 (referred to herein as "the Platform," "kj888," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Member," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the kj888 platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the kj888 platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting customer support.

2. Eligibility

Use of the kj888 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are conditions precedent to account registration and continued use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kj888 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

kj888 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to be held by users under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any winnings forfeited in their entirety.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the kj888 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your legal full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any details that change.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your kj888 account.
• Notify kj888 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

kj888 may, at its sole discretion, require identity verification ("KYC") documentation including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or utility bill confirming residential address, prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. kj888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods listed on the platform, including but not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. kj888 targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours; however, this is a target and not a contractual guarantee. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. A minimum of one (1) real-money deposit and one (1) real-money wager must be recorded on an account before any withdrawal request will be processed. kj888 reserves the right to impose additional wagering requirements on accounts where bonus funds have been credited.

4.4 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the kj888 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise explicitly stated. Currency conversion, where applicable, is conducted at rates determined by kj888 and may include a conversion margin.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kj888 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the kj888 Bonus page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. Live casino games, slots, and sportsbook bets may contribute at varying rates as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering.
• Maximum Cashout: Certain promotions impose a maximum cashout limit on winnings derived from bonus funds. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on the kj888 platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

kj888 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all electronic games. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and house edge data are disclosed within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome or availability of a game or bet, kj888 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund stakes to the affected accounts. kj888's decision regarding disputed game outcomes is final.

Sportsbook bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. kj888 reserves the right to void bets placed at materially incorrect odds due to technical error. Maximum payout limits apply to all sportsbook wagers and are displayed within the sportsbook interface.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kj888 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or engage in any form of fraud.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with kj888 games or the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting on kj888's own markets, or systematic exploitation of promotions.
• Using stolen, compromised, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a kj888 account.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using kj888 for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with kj888 platform software or infrastructure.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 By kj888. kj888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or financial risk to kj888.

Where a suspension is imposed due to suspected fraud or money laundering, all funds in the account may be held pending investigation. kj888 is not liable for any loss arising from such a hold.

8.2 By the Member. You may request closure of your kj888 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Any real-money balance (net of any bonuses subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kj888 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and database rights — is the exclusive property of kj888 or its licensed content providers. No part of the kj888 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of kj888. Unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may attract civil and/or criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kj888 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kj888 platform;
• Any losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform;
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, cyber attack, or force majeure events;
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the kj888 platform.

kj888's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

kj888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum allowable net losses over defined periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the kj888 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through kj888's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint via the live chat or email support channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the competent dispute resolution body designated by kj888's licensing authority. kj888's decisions on game outcomes and bonus eligibility are final and binding, absent manifest error.

13. Amendments to These Terms

kj888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered members via the email address on file or through a notice published on the kj888 platform homepage. Continued use of the kj888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
